Do modular homes come with a warranty?
Maple Leaf Homes has an exceptional seven-year structural warranty, as well as a one-year service warranty. Warranty work is completed locally by Disher Homes Ltd.
How long does it take to build a modular home?
The building time for a modular home can vary from approximately six to eight weeks.
Can I have a modular home built from my own plan?
Yes, it is possible in many cases. Again, our Home Consultant Ricky will work with you to ensure that your plan is modular-feasible.
Can modular homes be customized to my wishes?
Yes! A home is rarely ordered by a customer without undergoing customization. Our Home Consultant, Ricky Nelson, is happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have.
What is the difference between a modular home and a site-built home?
A modular home is built in the controlled environment of a factory or plant and is therefore not susceptible to weather delays or contractor scheduling. A site-built home is built on the foundation at the site of construction.
